CUTWRAP
An AIVID product
CUTWRAP is AIVID's AI software for filmmaking. It turns a screenplay into a finished, editor-ready film — and keeps every character on-model across the whole cut. We built it to make our own features; now we're putting it in the hands of every storyteller.
Generative video makes gorgeous eight-second clips. It can't make a movie — because nothing keeps a character consistent across hundreds of shots, catches the failures, and assembles a real edit. CUTWRAP does exactly that.
You drop in a screenplay; you get back a finished cut. CUTWRAP reads the full script in long context, locks every speaking character to a consistent identity, routes each shot to the best Google model, scores it, and assembles a markered timeline you open in DaVinci Resolve. The filmmaker calls one tool — CUTWRAP orchestrates the rest.
Character drift is the one problem every model still fails. CUTWRAP scores every generated frame against the character's locked reference and auto-rejects anything off-model — sending it back to be regenerated before it ever reaches the timeline. Other tools sell clips. CUTWRAP sells continuity: the thing that turns clips into a film.
A short walkthrough of the software, screenplay in to finished cut out. Even this video — including the host — was made with CUTWRAP.
Watch it run end to end — cast lock, shot generation, quality control, and the final assembled cut.
CUTWRAP is a working application: a project workspace, a per-act cost estimate across every Google model, batch generation, and a quality-control pass that scores each shot against the cast anchor before it's kept.
A team of specialist tools, one orchestration layer on Vertex AI. The filmmaker calls one tool. CUTWRAP routes each shot to the optimal model and validates output against the continuity contract before the next stage begins.
CUTWRAP is the same software we use to make our own features. Launch the live app, or reach out to AIVID about early access.
